    Wonderful 1908 Democratic National Convention, Denver, Colorado, Pennsylvania Delegate Badge.  The back of the hanging medal says "Equal Rights To All, Special Privileges To None".  I think that the "Equal Rights To All" might have referred to the Women's Suffrage Issue, which was a hot political issue at the time.  The Overall size is approximately 5 1/2" by 2", the hanging medal is 1 3/4" diameter, and the condition is nearly mint.
