Japanese Arisaka Type 38 Ammunition Pouches, Leather Belt and Bayonet Frog   Japanese Arisaka Type 38 Ammo Pouches, Leather Belt, Bayonet Frog and Rear Ammo Pouch.  Faithful reproduction of the Imperial Japanese Belt and ammo pouches of WW2 fame.  All leather construction with brass hardware. The Type 38 set has one strap on the top of the two front ammo pouches the 99 has two.  The pouch itself has minor differences in construction. We have produced each to match the originals exactly.  Each front ammo pouch is designed to hold three 5 round stripper clips on each side for a total of 30 rounds per pouch.  The rear pouch is designed to hold extra cartridges in the original box and has ventilation holes on the bottom (just like the original) to prevent humidity buildup.  It also has strapping on the side to hold the oil bottle (not included).  The best quality bayonet frog on the market is also included. Will accommodate up to a 46" waist the way it is set up if you punch a extra hole it could go up to 48" so it can accommodate the "larger" Japanese reenactor.  So you get two front ammo pouches, the rear ammo pouch, bayonet frog and the belt.
